Geek Dad: BrickStix: Could Be Great For Lego Poetry

By Daniel Donahoo
April 15, 2011

You may have already heard this story, but an innovative young geek named Greyson Maclean has developed reusable LEGO decals. Only 11 years-old and with the help of his family he has created a product and company called Brickstixand they have become a hit.

In recent times, I’ve been playing around with the idea of LEGO poetry, like magnetic poetry, but with LEGO. I’d love to see Brickstix branch out and provide a range of word decals that would allow us to engage our kids in LEGO and literacy at the same time. Kinesthetic learning of poetry is fine thing.

You can purchase Brickstix for only $5.99 over here.

And check out LEGO Poetry on Twitter or Instagram.
